I built a screening tool for candidates entering a program and analyzed the findings. As a result, the screening process was shortened and streamlined. More suitable participants were selected for the program.
I assessed the social impact of a philanthropic foundation that works for nonprofit organizations in Israel by, together with the fund's management, constructing a questionnaire based on success indicators we defined. In addition, I built, operated and analyzed questionnaires that examined the business impact of non-profit organizations that were supported by the fund.
I led a process of defining work interfaces between units in a local authority, in order to improve the transmission of information and the workflow between the units. The process was conducted in cooperation with the teams, reducing objections and building trust between them.
